SLING BILLING AND RETURN POLICY
Custom sling orders will be billed to the customer's credit card upon receipt of the order. These slings are made to your specific measurements and color preference and can not be resold to another customer. Custom made slings are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size, color or the inability to install. Make sure to measure your slings carefully and accurately. If you have a problem with the size of your sling, contact us immediately at 514-983-4745. We will make every effort to adjust the sling and make it the correct size. If Backyard Repair is at fault we will gladly make you new slings. If there was a measuring error on the side of the customer, we will gladly work with you to make the necessary adjustments. We want your slings to fit like the day you bought the chairs and our customers to be happy with our product. Additional labor fees (if any) will be determined on a case by case basis.

Cushion orders will be billed to the customers credit card upon the receipt of the order. All cushions are custom made at the time of the order and may not be returned. We provide do it yourself repairs for chair slings and gliders. These are do-it yourself projects that come with risks because of the use of various tools. Injury can occur during installation or furniture may be damaged. Backyard Repair is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the installation process.
